TheirCare is hiring an OSHC Coordinator to lead a school-based service delivering before/after school care and holiday programs. You’ll design engaging activities for 5–12 year olds and act as the community face, fostering strong relationships with families and school staff.

You’ll mentor your team, ensure program quality, and oversee compliance and admin tasks to keep operations running smoothly. Flexible schedule, with a focus on work-life balance.
