Job Description

Dixon Appointments is seeking a Talent & Rostering Coordinator in Melbourne to manage recruitment and rostering for university casual staff. You will build solid candidate pools, coordinate complex workforces, and ensure a smooth experience for candidates and clients.

You'll become a rostering expert, help candidates accept shifts, and partner with university clients on demand and compliance. This role rewards organization, empathy, and a bias for process improvements in a busy environment.
