Queensland Country Bank is seeking an energetic L&D; trainer to influence, support, and facilitate training across our branch network. The role involves travel regionally, on-the-job coaching on member experience, product knowledge, and system usage while engaging with branch managers, regional managers, retail teams and head office functions.

You will prioritize people development, contribute to People & Culture initiatives, and help create a fantastic experience for our teams.
