We are Mono Constructions, a construction company based in Rydalmere, specialising in medium density Class 2 apartment buildings.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead major Class 2 Residential projects from concept to completion.

n

The Role

n

Main Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

n

n
- Lead and manage Class 2 residential projects from early planning through to handover.
n
- Build strong relationships with clients, superintendents, authorities, consultants and internal teams.
n
- Oversee contracts, programs, risks and commercial performance.
n
- Collaborate with Design Managers to drive efficient, compliant and coordinated design outcomes.
n
- Ensure full compliance with NCC/BCA, DBPA and WHSE requirements.
n
- Manage budgets, approvals and reporting across all project stages.
n
- Lead PCGs, and project meetings.
n
- Oversee document control and quality processes.
n
- Coach, support and empower project team members to perform at their best.
n

Who You Are

n

n
- Extensive Builder Project Manager experience delivering Class 2 Residential Buildings with a project value exceeding $30M is a must.
n
- Qualification related to Engineering, Project or Construction Management.
n
- Skilled in structured, process‐driven delivery environments.
n
- Proficiency in using MS Projects is essential.
n
- A proactive communicator with strong leadership, stakeholder management and problem‐solving skills.
