Dubbo Regional Council is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor (Water & Sewer) to lead the safe operation of its water and sewer mechanical assets across the Dubbo region. The role combines field and office work, with a hands-on focus, to develop capability and deliver outcomes through a cooperative team.

You will lead with a strong safety mindset, manage contractor relationships, and contribute to asset management while benefiting from a 9-day fortnight and a leaseback vehicle option.
