About the Role

A well-established construction business with a strong regional footprint is seeking a Contract Administrator to join its Geelong team. You'll manage contract administration end-to-end across multiple concurrent government and community projects, working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and HSEQ.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer contracts end-to-end across multiple concurrent projects
- Prepare, review and negotiate head contracts and subcontract agreements
- Manage progress claims, variations, EOTs and cost reporting
- Lead subcontractor procurement, tendering and ongoing management




- Track budgets and deliver monthly cost reporting to the Regional Manager
- Manage contractual risk, disputes and correspondence, and mentor junior CAs

Skills & Experience

Must-have:

- Proven experience as a CA or Senior CA with a similar-sized commercial or government/community builder on projects of comparable scale ($5-20M)
- Solid working knowledge of standard form construction contracts (AS4000, AS4902 or similar)
- Stable, solid tenure with previous employers i.e. no job-hopping
- A team-first, adaptable attitude with genuine career ambition

Nice-to-have:

- Confidence across JobPac, MS 365, Procure Pro, and exposure to Procore, Aconex, Bluebeam, CUBIT or EstimateOne.
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or related discipline.
