Claro Disability Services is seeking compassionate support workers to help clients with complex needs live more independently and confidently.

You'll collaborate with families, medical professionals and other carers to tailor supports to each client's goals, routines and culture, while ensuring consent and dignity in every interaction.

Shifts are adaptable and you will build genuine relationships, not just checklists, with a focus on meaningful daily activities and community participation.
