Job Description

Beach Road Winery & Restaurant in McLaren Vale is seeking an experienced Hospitality Manager to join our leadership team and lead our front-of-house operations across the winery and restaurant.

This role encompasses recruiting and mentoring staff, training, rostering, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high service standards during daytime operations, weddings and events, while collaborating with Owners, Head Chef and events coordinator to grow the business.
