Job Description

Wellways Australia Limited is seeking a Suicide Prevention Community Development Lead based in Townsville to drive community-led suicide prevention initiatives. You will develop and lead Suicide Prevention Community Action Plans (SPCAPs) and coordinate engagement across diverse rural and remote communities.

You will work to strengthen lived experience involvement, cultural safety and team-oriented change, with travel and overnight stays across the Townsville region as required.
