McCabes Lawyers is seeking a lawyer (1-2 year PQE) or associate (2-4 year PQE) to join the Health team on a full time basis in Australia. The role focuses on defending medical negligence claims and gathering evidence, with opportunities to assist in coronial inquests and investigations.

The successful candidate will have a law degree, NSW practising certificate, and experience across jurisdictions, paired with client-facing skills and a commercial approach to advice.
