What You'll Be Responsible For

n

You'll be trusted to lead programmes from concept through delivery,



ensuring teams stay aligned, risks are proactively managed and outcomes are achieved.

- Leading strategic projects across the Partner Experience function
n
- Building and maintaining programme roadmaps aligned to business priorities
n
- Establishing governance frameworks, reporting structures and stakeholder communications
n
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes on time and within scope
n
- Facilitating planning workshops, steering committees and programme reviews
n
- Tracking milestones, dependencies, budgets, risks and delivery performance
n
- Supporting large-scale learning, enablement and educational initiatives
n
- Driving operational improvements that increase efficiency and programme scalability
n
- Partnering with Marketing, Sales, Content and Partner Experience teams on growth initiatives
n
- Supporting change management activities that encourage adoption and engagement
n
- Creating explicit executive reporting, insights and recommendations
n
- Maintaining accurate project documentation, decisions, actions and outcomes

- Extensive experience leading projects and programmes from initiation to completion

- Experience working across multiple teams and competing priorities

- Demonstrated success managing risks, dependencies and complex deliverables

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders and leadership teams
n
- Experience delivering projects within technology, SaaS, distribution, enablement or partner-focused environments
n
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies
n
- Experience using project and collaboration platforms such as Monday.com, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project or similar tools
