West Beach Parks is seeking a Reservations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of the Reservations Sales department and support revenue strategy. You will ensure accurate bookings and provide outstanding customer service across a 7-day roster.

Reporting to the Reservations and Revenue Manager, you will mentor Reservations Sales Agents, drive upselling, and maximise room revenue while maintaining brand standards and guest experiences.
