We are looking for energetic and dedicated Casual Front of House Waitstaff to join our team in Oakleigh. Responsibilities

- Providing friendly, attentive, and professional customer service at all times

- Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
n
- Running food and drinks to tables promptly
n
- Clearing and resetting tables to maintain a smooth flow of service
n




- Maintaining a clean and organised floor area
n
- Communicating effectively with both the kitchen and Front of House teams
n
- Handling customer requests and enquiries with a professional manner
n
- Following venue procedures and strict food safety standards
n
- Contributing to a positive, supportive, and cooperative team environment

Requirements

- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is highly preferred
n
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for people

- Reliable, punctual, and consistently well-presented

- Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure during peak periods

- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic

- Availability to work across weekends and busy service shifts
