Responsibilities include (not limited to):

- Core client onboarding processes are clearly defined, documented, and consistently applied across the business.
n
- AML/KYC requirements are embedded within onboarding workflows, ensuring a compliant and streamlined client experience.
n
- Operational inefficiencies, processing errors, and escalations are reduced through improved process controls and standardisation.
n
- Comprehensive procedures, guidance materials, and knowledge resources are established to support onboarding teams.
n
- Continuous improvement initiatives are identified, prioritised, and successfully transitioned into business-as-usual operations.
n
- Enhanced onboarding quality, consistency,



and operational efficiency, resulting in improved client and stakeholder outcomes.
n

The Successful Applicant

n

n
- Previous experience within customer operations, onboarding, AML/CTF, KYC, or broader compliance-focused environments.
n
- Strong capability in process mapping, workflow design, and business process improvement initiatives.
n
- Proven ability to analyse, document, and optimise operational processes to drive efficiency and control.
n
- Sound understanding of risk and control frameworks, regulatory compliance requirements, and governance obligations
n
- Experience working within highly regulated financial services environments, with the ability to balance customer outcomes and compliance requirements.
