Job Description

The Reject Shop is seeking a hands-on Store Manager to run a busy Victoria store on the floor with a team of 10 to 15 colleagues. You'll lead by example in stock, service, and standards, working on the shop floor rather than at a desk.

You'll be rewarded with a competitive hourly base rate from AU$31.11, penalties, overtime, a bonus, and a 17.5% leave loading as the business grows. Previous discount retail experience is not required—training is provided.
