Job Description

The St Vincent de Paul Society NSW is seeking a casual Support Worker for Bowral Youth Refuge to help young people facing homelessness regain stability and independence. You'll collaborate with Case Workers to implement individual care plans and create a secure, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities include trauma‐informed, strengths‐based support, documentation, and safe handling of complex needs, with a rotating roster including day, evening and sleepover shifts.
