Job Description

DBG Health & Beauty is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead performance marketing and customer acquisition for the MCoBeauty portfolio. Based in Sydney on a 12‐month fixed-term contract, you will drive data-led decision making and strategic media investment to grow digital revenue.

You will collaborate with Brand, eCommerce, CRM and external agencies to own end-to-end performance across paid channels, delivering measurable business outcomes and robust ROAS.
