Job Description

Collingwood Football Club is seeking an IT Service Desk Technician to support staff and athletes, acting as the first line of technical support. You will handle requests from the Service Desk and diagnose issues in person, delivering prompt, friendly service to a rapid-paced, sports-driven environment.

The role covers hardware and software support, onboarding/offboarding of tech users, asset management, and occasional match-day assistance.
