Job Description

Monadelphous is seeking an experienced SMP/Rigging Supervisor to join our PNG Operations team on a 6 month contract, based in PNG on a 4:2 roster. You will plan, coordinate and supervise daily activities of work crews, ensuring compliance with HSE requirements and project quality, production, and environmental targets.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years' supervisory experience in oil, gas or mining, a robust SMP/Rigging background, and proven leadership to mentor a national workforce in the field.
