Wetherill Park Campus

Permanent Part-Time (17.5 hours/week)

Salary package $111,798 - $132,585 (pro rata) – includes base salary ($98,499 - $116,813), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

About the role

We’re seeking world‑class educators to inspire the next generation of Human Services students!

Bring your current industry experience and knowledge in Human Services and join our vibrant team of Teachers in this exciting position located in our Wetherill Park campus.

TAFE Teachers are professional educators who help, construct, guide and enhance the educative process. The successful candidate in this role will deliver face to face educational programs and facilitate learning, enabling students to achieve their best outcomes.

Please note this is a part‑time role working 17.5 hour per week, with flexibility in days based on business requirements.

About You





You have the ambition and drive to succeed and mentor your students, passing on your experience and knowledge. You will also have the ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders including industry and students.

We are looking for a passionate and engaged individual who meets the following:

Essential Requirements

1. Hold a Degree or recognised Diploma in Human Services, Community Services, Ageing and Disability, or related fields
2. Have a minimum of three (3) years post‑qualification industry experience relevant to your qualifications, gained no longer than five years previously.
3. Hold evidence of the required teaching qualification to deliver Vocational Education and Training (VET). See the candidate support document here for details.
4. Be prepared to continue to develop their Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as their industry currency and trainer/assessor competence.
5. Willingness and ability to travel across delivery locations as required by business needs.
