An opportunity is available for an ISO Auditor to join an established and growing certification and assurance organisation, working with a diverse client base across Greater Sydney.

This role would suit either an experienced auditor or someone with strong hands-on experience working with certified management systems who is looking to develop a career in third-party auditing.

The Role
n
You'll assess client management systems against internationally recognised ISO standards, primarily:
n
n
- ISO 9001 – Quality Management
n
- ISO 45001 – Occupational Health & Safety
n
n
You'll work across a broad range of industries including construction, manufacturing, mining, logistics, consulting and professional services.
n
Audits are delivered through a hybrid mode, combining remote planning and document review with onsite client visits. Most clients are located within Greater Sydney, with only occasional travel across NSW and the ACT.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Planning and preparing audits, including document reviews and audit programs
n
- Meeting with senior management, operational teams and frontline staff
n
- Observing client operations and assessing management systems in practice
n
- Preparing clear, concise and professional audit reports
n
- Providing practical and constructive feedback to clients
n
- Managing your own audit schedule and working independently across client sites, home and the North Ryde office
n
n
About You
n
You don't necessarily need to already be an experienced third-party ISO auditor.
n
We're particularly interested in people who have 3+ years' experience working with certified management systems, either as an auditor or from within an organisation operating under ISO certification.
n
Ideally, you will bring:
n
n
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001
n
- Experience with quality, environmental, WHS or integrated management systems
n
- Solid communication skills and confidence engaging with people at all levels
n
- The ability to understand how management systems operate in practical business environments
n
- Strong organisation and time-management skills
n
- Clear and concise report-writing capability
n
- A customer-focused, practical and approachable style
n
- The ability to work autonomously and manage client relationships
n
