With 11 treatment rooms, vitality spa, steam room, infra-red sauna and experience shower facilities and outdoor terraces, it is a truly unique sanctuary for personalised self-care.

The Role:

We are seeking a Full-Time Spa Receptionist, in this role you will deliver a warm, professional welcome, manage bookings and enquiries and support daily spa operations while ensuring a seamless five-star guest experience. This role requires flexibility across a 7-day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a warm, professional welcome to all guests and residents

Manage bookings, enquiries, and updates efficiently

Provide clear guidance on treatments and products

Maintain presentation of reception and spa areas

Support daily operations and therapist coordination

Support management with stock take and any ad hoc tasks

Promote services and retail to enhance guest experience

Uphold five-star service standards at all times

About You:
You will bring experience in a luxury spa, hotel, or customer-facing environment, with robust multitasking skills and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced setting. A passion for wellness and hospitality,



excellent communication skills, confidence using booking systems, and a polished, professional presentation are essential.

NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is required for this position, as part of the role includes offering beverages to guests.
