Southern Cross Care Queensland is seeking a dedicated Health & Wellness Community Centre Coordinator to lead our current centre in Chinchilla. The role focuses on oversight, partnerships, and growth of services across the region, within a supportive not-for-profit environment.

You will manage scheduling, referrals and class participation, while developing health promotion programs and ensuring compliant operations across the centre and associated services.
