Job Description

Tandem Partners Pty Ltd. is seeking an HR Business Partner to join a team-oriented People & Culture team in a newly created role.

You will partner with Project Directors and leaders to provide ER/IR guidance, manage workers' compensation, and drive leadership capability across corporate and site environments. Ideal candidates will have strong employment relations knowledge, experience with unionised workforces, and a proactive, commercially minded approach.
