About the Role

We are seeking anEnrolled Nurseto join our Urgent Care Service in South Australia. Working alongside Registered Nurses, you will provide safe, high-quality and efficient nursing support for patients with urgent, non-life-threatening conditions.

Your Responsibilities

n

n
- Maintain a welcoming, organised and efficient clinical environment.
n
- Balance administrative duties, including Medicare billing, coding and accurate documentation, with hands-on clinical care.
n
- Welcome patients, assist with appointments and maintain accurate registration details.
n
- Work alongside Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality care for injuries and illnesses.
n
- Conduct patient histories and provide clinical care including medication administration, wound care and plastering.
n




- Provide patients with appropriate education and recovery guidance.
n
- Assess patient inclusion and exclusion criteria and support appropriate patient pathways.
n
- Deliver care within your scope of practice and in accordance with ForHealth policies and procedures.
n
- Maintain accurate, comprehensive clinical records.
n
- Actively contribute to workplace health, safety and quality initiatives.
n

About You

n

n
- CurrentAHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
n
- Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.
n
- Meet the required experience in one of the following:n n
- 3 years' experience in Primary Care/General Practice nursing; or
n
- 2 years' experience in an Emergency Department or similar setting; or
n
- 3 years' experience in Medical/Surgical, Orthopaedics or similar acute care.
n

n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
n
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
n
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage escalations.
n
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
n
- Passion for patient-centred care and a personable approach.
n
- Willingness to obtain required Working with Children and Police Checks.
n
