The Technical and Engineering Network is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a full-time opportunity based in Perth, WA. This is an exciting chance to join a strong Tier 2 contractor with a solid reputation for winning consistent, high-quality work and delivering project success across Western Australia.

In this role, you will be based near the Domestic Airport- making it an ideal location for Perth-based residents and will lead a significant $20m build that will serve as a standout project on your qualified CV. You will work within a supportive and professional construction team dedicated to maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities and duties typically associated with this role include:

- Overseeing day-to-day site operations to ensure construction projects are delivered safely, on time,



and to the highest quality standards.

- Managing subcontractors, trades, and site personnel to maintain high productivity and adherence to project schedules.
n
- Coordinating with project stakeholders, including management, clients, and consultants, to ensure smooth communication and problem resolution.
n
- Ensuring strict compliance with all site health, safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
n
- Monitoring site progress, managing resources efficiently, and addressing any operational challenges as they arise.

We are offering a very competitive salary package of $200,000 per year plus superannuation for the successful candidate.
