Job Description
WOTSO in Melbourne is seeking a full-time Community & Member Experience Lead. You'll welcome members, handle in-person, phone and email enquiries, deliver onboarding, and support the day-to-day operations of the coworking space.

You'll build community through events, assist with space setup and local marketing, and work with the Regional Manager to keep spaces welcoming and well-presented. WOTSO is Australian-owned and recognised as a Certified Excellent Place to Work for three consecutive years.
