RGIT Australia is seeking a casual temporary Support Worker in Banora Point, NSW, to provide dedicated, person-centred care for a participant. The role requires compassion, reliability and a solid focus on safety and trust.

Ideal applicants will have at least 2 years of experience with NDIS participants who have complex care needs, including personal care, mobility support and overnight assistance. A valid driver's license, NDIS checks and first aid are essential.
