A lovely community centre in the inner suburbs of Adelaide is seeking a Team Leader to join a friendly, passionate team. up to $41 per hour

The Centre
This lovely centre just 10 kms outside of the CBD of Adelaide looks after wonderful, diverse local children and families. This is a rare opportunity for a service with a high retention rate of staff, which is testament to highly approachable management who are flexible with the needs of staff. They have excellent facilities and a generous budget for resources. Licensed for up to 55 children, making it a genuinely small‑to‑medium service.

The Opportunity
In this permanent role, you'll be working alongside experienced educators and excellent management. The Centre Director places high importance on a friendly, professional working environment where your hard work is rewarded and genuinely valued. This is genuinely a place where colleagues get along and appreciate each other.

This position is to be based ideally in the Nursery room. Hours can range from working 4-5 days per week.

About you:
To be considered, you will;

- Hold (or working toward)



an ACECQA-approved Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education
- Have experience working in a long day-care child care environment
- Have sound knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- Have a team focused philosophy, as well as looking to be part of the local community and build lasting relationships with families.

You will also need the following, or be willing to obtain these;

- Current Working with Children's Check
- Current CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
- Current RRHAN training
