Job Description

Landscape Restaurant & Grill in Hobart seeks a Restaurant Manager to drive the venue's daily operations and lead a dedicated team in delivering a refined fine dining experience. You will shape service style, wine program, and guest engagement with strategic direction from leadership.

You will mentor the team, manage budgets and labor, and collaborate with the Sommelier to evolve the wine cellar while ensuring consistent exceptional guest satisfaction.
