People2people is currently searching for a Retail Sales Consultant to join a global brand in Westfielf Kotara. This position is casual, requiring 19 hours of work per week from Thursday to Sunday.

About the role

As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in the store, being the face of the brand. You will engage with customers, providing detailed information about products, addressing inquiries, and facilitating sales from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.

- Provide comprehensive product information and address any customer concerns.

- Manage the sales process from initial engagement to final sale.

Skills & experience

- Proven experience in a retail or sales setting is desirable but not essential.

- Strong capability in customer service and communication.

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team.
