Job Description

Mars is seeking a energetic Customer Development Head – Cereals for our Melbourne team. You will lead the relationship with Coles, drive the Breakfast Growth Agenda, and take full P&L; accountability for a significant portfolio within the Snacking segment.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, building influential, multi-layered partnerships across Coles to deliver mutually beneficial category growth.
