Job Description

The Vanguard Group is seeking an analyst to support day‐to‐day engagement, research, and proxy voting activities. This role includes analyzing proposals to align proxy voting recommendations with established guidelines.

Key responsibilities involve conducting research, developing recommendations, and building relationships with stakeholders while contributing to governance engagement in a hybrid work model, requiring attendance in the office three days a week.
