Job Description

Positive Futures Queensland seeks an experienced Services Manager to support daily operations and lead disability support teams. You will ensure high-quality service delivery, drive staff performance, and uphold NDIS standards across participant-centred practices.

You will work with the leadership team to promote quality service, audit readiness, and continuous improvement, while developing staff capability and managing stakeholder relationships in the local community.
