Job Description

Monash Health seeks a proactive Team Manager for the Acute Community Intervention Service in Dandenong. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, partner with the Lead Psychiatrist, and ensure timely, coordinated, recovery‐oriented care for consumers in crisis.

You will manage KPIs, budgets and safety while fostering a supportive, learning culture and strengthening relationships with clinical and community partners. This is a hands-on leadership role in a busy community setting.
