Job Description

You will work closely with the Director and architectural team across a range of high-end residential projects. We're looking for someone with robust local Sydney experience of 5+ years, and proficient in Revit.

Responsibilities include:

- Assisting with design development and architectural planning
n
- Preparing architectural documentation in
n
- Assisting with design development and architectural planning
n
- Preparing architectural documentation in

n

Revit

n

n
- Developing floor plans, façades and architectural detailing
n
- Supporting the preparation of
n

n

DA and CDC submissions

n

n
- Coordinating with consultants including structural, stormwater and services engineers
n




- Assisting with client presentations and design material
n
- Supporting the team through construction documentation phases
n

n

Requirements

n

To be considered for this role you must have:

n

n
- Minimum 5+ years of experience within an architecture studio
n
- NSW residential project experience (essential)
n
- Strong Revit proficiency (essential)
n
- Experience preparing architectural documentation
n
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple tasks across different project stages
