Cater Care is seeking a Workplace Relations Advisor on a permanent part time basis to support leaders across multiple sites. The role reports to the Group Workplace Relations Manager and focuses on handling performance matters, grievances, and policy development.

The ideal candidate has experience in interpreting the Fair Work Act, conducting investigations, and advising on ER/IR issues. Hybrid work in Brisbane or Sydney is offered; applications from diverse backgrounds are encouraged.
