We're seeking an exceptional leader to guide the organisation through its next phase of growth and deliver the strategic plan.

This is a highly visible role that requires someone who can balance strategy with execution, lead a small team with confidence, and build robust relationships across a diverse stakeholder network.

About the Role

Reporting to the Chair and Board, the General Manager will provide leadership across all areas of the organisation while acting as the public face of Orange360.

Success in this role will be built on two key pillars:

Business & People Leadership

- Lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Translate strategy into clear priorities, plans and outcomes.
- Drive organisational performance, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Oversee budgets, resources, marketing programs and operational delivery.
- Create a positive and collaborative culture that empowers people to succeed.

Stakeholder Leadership

- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry, members, councils,



government and community partners.
- Work collaboratively across three LGAs to align priorities and deliver shared outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advocate and spokesperson for the region.
- Strengthen industry engagement and ensure Orange360 remains the recognised voice of tourism in the region.

What We're Looking For

You are an experienced and credible leader who can bring people together, build momentum and deliver results.

You may come from tourism, destination marketing, economic development, regional development, membership organisations or a related sector.

Most importantly, you will bring:

- Proven business and people leadership experience.
- Outstanding relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to influence, collaborate and build trust.
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking.
- A track record of delivering outcomes through others.
- Excellent communication and public-facing leadership capability.
