Job Description

Positive Moods is seeking a dedicated Intake Officer (NDIS) to join our administration team on a part time, work-from-home basis. You will be the first point of contact for participants seeking NDIS-funded services, ensuring timely access and accurate information.

Responsibilities include initial intake assessments, eligibility checks, document processing, and maintaining confidential participant records within our management system.
