About the Client

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Process Worker to join our client’s batching area within a well-established food manufacturing company. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for on‑call, day‑to‑day position, with shifts offered based on production requirements.

About the Role

You will be working in the batching area, ensuring ingredients are prepared, measured, and handled safely and efficiently.

Shift & Pay

AM Shift: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM — $37.26/hr + Super

PM Shift: 3:30 PM – 1:00 AM — $41.73/hr + Super

Employment: On‑call / day‑to‑day basis





Key Responsibilities

- Measuring, preparing and batching ingredients
- Lifting and handling bags of ingredients, including 25kg bags
- Following food safety, hygiene and GMP procedures
- Working safely in a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment
- Supporting production and maintaining a clean work area

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in food manufacturing or batching (preferred)
- Experience with sanitization and GMP in a food production workplace
- Experience working around high-speed production lines
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Available for immediate start
- Forklift license is highly regarded
