Job Description

The Lodge Group in Brisbane, QLD, AU seeks an experienced Senior Sous Chef to join the kitchen leadership team. You will lead grill-focused operations, support the Head Chef, and uphold premium dining standards in a high-volume workplace.

You will manage a skilled team, drive prep, stock, and food costs, and ensure consistent execution across services while prioritising safety and hygiene. Evening and weekend availability is essential.
