- FIFO 5:2, 4:3 from Perth to Port Hedland

- Lead complex Mining, Remediation and Construction projects

Step into the Duratec team and collaborate with high-performing operational specialists on a major mining construction and remediation projects in Port Hedland. Based on a 5:2 followed by 4:3 roster, with occasional shutdown requirements, you will play a key role in ensuring project delivery is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

THE ROLE
n
n
- Deliver complex mining refurbishment infrastructure projects from concept through to completion.
n
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery processes, systems, and methodologies.
n
- Manage multiple project interfaces while balancing technical, commercial, and operational priorities.
n
- Lead high-performing site and project teams in brownfield and greenfield environments.
n
- Support client satisfaction, business growth, and long-term financial performance.
n
- Engage with subcontractors, consultants, and senior leadership to achieve successful project outcomes.
n
- Identify risks early, drive performance improvements, and deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.

ABOUT YOU
n
n
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline
n
- Adaptable to fast-pace change and willing to work within a solid team alongside multiple engineers, Supervisors and Superintendents
n
- Reporting to Client Delivery Manager
n
- Project Manager or Snr Engineer with 8 yrs experience working in remediation with tier 1 miners
n
- Demonstrated success in delivering projects across WA's North West region
n
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in budgeting, forecasting and contract management
n
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
n
