Job Description

Monash Health is seeking a Grade 4 Family/Carer Peer Worker for the Dandenong HOPE Team in Narre Warren. This part time (0.6 EFT) role focuses on one-to-one peer support for families and carers, drawing on lived experience to support treatment and recovery planning.

As an integral member of a multidisciplinary team, you will mentor others, contribute to family-inclusive practice, and help families navigate the mental health system.
