The Role I'm partnering with a well‐established medical technology organisation that has spent years improving patient lives through world‐class devices, service and clinical support. With a strong footprint across ANZ and Asia, they continue to grow and invest heavily in their people, their technology and their customers.

They're expanding their neuro‐interventional portfolio with an exciting launch, and are looking for a driven, commercially sharp territory manager to take ownership of NSW. This is a role for someone who thrives in clinical environments, loves a challenge, and knows how to build influence in a complex, specialist‐led, high touch, highly clinical environment.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
- Managing and growing the NSW neuro‐interventional territory
n
- Building strong relationships with key accounts, targeted customers and KOLs
n
- Supporting the launch of their new device in a key NSW account, providing a high level of account focus during this time
n
- Bringing energy, positivity and momentum to the INR team culture
n
- Developing and executing territory sales strategies aligned with the broader marketing plan
n
- Supporting principal visits and showcasing technology through centres of excellence
n
- Maintaining accurate CRM data, customer targeting and account planning
n
- Collaborating closely with Business Management and fellow Product Specialists
n
- Contributing to a high‐performance, high‐engagement team environment
n
n
About You
n
n
- Commercially savvy, clinically confident and thrives in technical conversations
n
- Highly clinical, strong interventional background, Neurovascular experience is ideal, neurointerventional or other interventional experienced considered
n
- Previous experience as a TM in medical Device Sales
n
- Registered nurse or radiographer with strong interventional or neurovascular experience without sales experience will be considered
n
- Puts patients first and isn't afraid to challenge current practice when needed
n
- Rolls up their sleeves, stays present with customers and drives outcomes through action
n
- Works collaboratively and communicates with clarity, energy and purpose
n
- Embodies values like innovation, ownership, integrity, customer focus and teamwork
n
- Happy to travel when required and do the occasional on call work
n
n
