n Base rate $33.05 with applied shift loading and penalties applied aligned with the EA/Award rates. If you have a forklift license we have roles to be considered.

n 09:00am- 5:00pm
n 1:30pm- 9:30pm
n 2:00pm- 10:00pm

TAG recruitment has partnered with one of Australia's one of most diverse food manufacturing companies and is currently seeking to employ food process workers in Ermington.

n

These roles are across Monday to Friday with day, afternoon and night shift available. We have immediate starts available.

n

About the role:

n

Assisting on production lines within a bakery setting
n Packing, sorting, and preparing baked goods for distribution
n Monitoring product quality and consistency
n Operating basic bakery or production equipment
n Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with food safety requirements
n Manual handling and repetitive tasks
n Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets

n

To be successful for the role you will require the below:

n

Experience in food production, manufacturing, or bakery environments is an advantage
n Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven workplace
n Unrestricted working rights.




n Must be able to pass pre-employment Medical, Drug and Alcohol Screening
n Reliable, punctual, and physically fit
n Comfortable standing for long periods

Key Responsibilities
n Operate production line equipment in a safe and efficient manner
n Assist in the production and packaging of bread and bakery products
n Follow food safety, GMP, and hygiene procedures at all times
n Monitor product quality and report any issues
n Maintain a clean and organized work environment
n Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets
n Key Experience & Skills
n Proven experience working in large-scale food production or FMCG environments
n Strong understanding of safe food handling practices
n Committed to maintaining high quality andsafety standards
n Previous production or manufacturing experience
n Ability to work in a rapid-paced, high-volume environment
n Strong attention to detail and reliability
