Job Description

Australiance is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our Brisbane team as the 2IC to the Principal Geotechnical Engineer. This hands-on, technically demanding role combines detailed design leadership, mentoring, and active site involvement.

You will drive geotechnical design across multiple projects, with a transparent pathway into a Principal role within 1–2 years, and you will work from Brisbane with substantial in-office presence.
