Retail Store Manager at Brothers Grocery & Meats, a well-­established retail grocery and meat store located in Rothwell, Queensland. You will lead store operations and drive business performance.

Key responsibilities

- Manage the day-­to-­day operations of the grocery and meat retail store
- Plan and oversee stock purchasing, inventory control, and supplier relationships
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximise revenue and profitability
- Recruit, train, supervise, and manage store employees
- Prepare staff rosters and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve customer complaints
- Develop and implement promotional and merchandising activities
- Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety, and retail regulations
- Monitor store budgets, expenses, and financial performance
- Analyse sales reports and market trends to support business growth

About you

- Relevant qualification in business,



retail management, or a related field; and/or at least one year of relevant experience in retail management
- Robust leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Sound understanding of retail operations, stock control, and budgeting
- Ability to work independently and meet business objectives

Competitive salary package of $75,000 - $85,000 plus superannuation
