Job Description

Monash Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead and develop the Prostate Cancer Active Surveillance Nurse-Led Clinic (MURCNCP). The CNC will conduct advanced assessments, create surveillance plans and coordinate follow-up for eligible patients with prostate cancer.

The role includes leadership, education, pathway development and audit of the nurse-led model, with opportunities to expand clinic capacity and improve patient experience.
