In this role, you will work directly with a diverse portfolio of ambitious Western Australian businesses. No two days look the same, and you'll have the autonomy to shape digital strategies that deliver genuine business growth.

What you'll be doing and learning:

n

SEO & GEO: Create and implement tailored Search Engine Optimisation and Generative Engine Optimisation strategies.

n

Paid Search & Performance Media: Create and manage campaigns across Google Ads, ChatGPT Ads and Meta Ads.

n

Content & Website Management: Craft compelling copy and optimise site structures for search visibility.

n

Client Management & Reporting: Build strong client relationships, provide insightful regular reporting, and communicate clear campaign value.

About You

n

We are looking for someone who brings solid marketing foundations, strong curiosity, and a great cultural fit for our Perth team. Ideally, you bring:

Experience:



At least 1+ years of experience in a previous digital marketing, agency, in-house or client-facing marketing role.

n

Mindset: Proactive, accountable, and collaborative, with a drive to continuously learn and share knowledge.

n

Communication: Clear, confident communication skills with the ability to articulate strategy and collaborate effectively.

n

Organisation: Strong time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple accounts and shifting priorities.

n

Qualifications: Tertiary studies in marketing, business, or related fields are well regarded, but real-world drive, aptitude, and experience matter most.

n

Requirements: You must have full working rights in Australia and be based in Perth (this is an office-based role in our Perth CBD headquarters, with flexible WFH options).
