Job Description

Grampians Health Edenhope seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join the leadership team and deliver person-centred aged care. You will work with the Nurse Unit Manager to coordinate daily operations, provide clinical leadership and nurture a positive team culture to ensure protected, high-quality care for residents.

You will lead clinical care across shifts, mentor staff, coordinate resources and drive quality improvement in line with Aged Care Standards.
